Negin saffron is actually a special kind of Poushal saffron from which the red and thick stigmas without yellow part are separated and large saffron is prepared. Negin saffron is the most expensive type of saffron and has the highest coloring ability (between 1 and 2 units). Production and sales of Negin saffron, due to the time-consuming and costly process and more work required to process it, tend to decline in different years. In some cases, this type of saffron is also called Super Negin.  Negin saffron is available in the market which is one of the most valuable types of saffron. Negin saffron has a good aroma and coloring. It is thicker than Poushal saffron.

Negin saffron can be the most expensive type of saffron because it is not dark saffron, there is no patches attached. The stigma branches are completely separated, the stigma is large, there is no white at the end of the stigma, they are dried in the form of straight strands without corrosion, it has the highest degree of coloring, a number ranging from 230 to 270 units. Negin saffron is also the most expensive type of saffron because of its beautiful shape and high quality. It is bought by exporters at the beginning of the harvest season and exported to other parts of the world.

Pressed Super Negin Saffron is pressed during processing and red strands of saffron are flat. Negin Pressed saffron is low in the market and can be purchased early in the season of harvest presented.
