Pushal Saffron is actually the red stigma of the saffron strand with 2 to 5 mm of yellow part. Compared to the bunch saffron, the relative amount of stigma is higher, that is why, its coloring power is greater. Depending on the quality, its color will be about 1 to 2 units. Some people are more likely to trust this type of saffron because its yellow part is not separated, therefore, the probability of being fake is less.
